If you’ve filled out an “IEI Plastics Fire” Survey, here is what you can expect from us moving forward:
We are processing surveys and will contact you soon about your potential status as a class member. We are requesting additional information from you including:
- Photos or videos detailing your experience during and after the fire. Please email this information to us at IEIfire@jimleachlaw.com.
- Any physical evidence that has been deposited or photographed on your property including:
- Samples of any debris in your yard that you may have collected.
- Pictures of any soot or other visible debris found on the outside or inside of your home or vehicle.
- Records of medical visits for your symptoms resulting from the fire: We will collect the records – you do not need to get them.
